Jay is a software and bioinformatics engineer with twenty years of experience working in the life sciences and medical technology. He has led development of software for drug discovery at Amgen and Celgene, pioneered innovations for lab informatics at the Chan-Zuckerberg Biohub and was Director of Research Informatics at the Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Center. At Interline, Jay builds systems to support our computational biology and machine learning needs. He lives in the Bay Area, the perfect place to enjoy his hobbies of open-water swimming and wearable electronics design.
